Global Studio Infrastructure & Regulated Broadcasting
Cook Medical | Bloomington, IN + Worldwide

The Challenge

Transition a global medical device corporation from a high-cost legacy model (global travel for sales and technical training) into a high-velocity digital broadcast ecosystem—all while maintaining alignment with rigid medical device compliance and regulatory pipelines.

The Strategy

  • Infrastructure & Design: Spearheaded the end-to-end launch of a multi-million dollar broadcast studio and control room. Built custom multi-camera tactical sets, including a specialized 3-overhead-camera layout for high-definition macro views of proximal and distal device ends.

  • Regulatory Navigation: Intentionally designed a real-time, interactive live-stream format with live Q&A. This strategic format choice optimized the regulatory approval pipeline, enabling rapid-turn communication without the protracted compliance bottlenecks of published materials.

  • Hybrid Scale: Engineered fully virtual, multi-point remote live-stream workflows to seamlessly integrate fully remote global presenters into broadcast-quality productions.

The Impact

  • Executive Alignment: Reached 10,000+ employees globally through high-stakes internal "Global Town Hall" broadcasts, ensuring seamless corporate alignment.

  • Operational Efficiency: Trained hundreds of global clinicians and physicians remotely, drastically reducing corporate travel expenditures and accelerating product education velocity.

  • Modernized Blueprint: Established the enterprise blueprint for modern, resilient corporate communications within a highly regulated healthcare ecosystem.
